Any quotes or proposals provided by Al Qala Technical Services are valid for a limited period and subject to change based on project requirements and unforeseen circumstances. A formal contract or agreement must be signed before commencement of any work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, timely access to the site, and necessary permits or approvals required for the execution of services.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

5. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Warranty terms will be specified in your project agreement. Al Qala Technical Services is not liable for damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Cancellation and Changes

Any cancellations or changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing. Additional costs or time may apply for changes requested after work has started.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and intellectual property created during the project remain the property of Al Qala Technical Services unless otherwise agreed.
